Web Survey Participation Request

DNS Members:

You are asked to participate in a study about thickened beverages. The purpose of this study is to better understand practice patterns related to their use for people with impaired swallowing. To meet this objective, you are requested to complete an online survey of about 30 questions. The first part includes general information about your professional background and training, as well as information about your current work setting. Subsequent questions survey a variety of issues related to the use of thickened beverages such as your perceptions about effectiveness, preparation procedures, products, and your perceptions about patients’ attitudes and acceptance

Your participation is strictly voluntary. All of your responses will be kept confidential. Please allow about 15 minutes to complete the survey.
