Advanced Enteral Nutrition Program - An Exclusive Educational Opportunity for Registered Dietitians

Dear DNS Members,

I have something very exciting to tell you about....it's a brand new program that will be delivered through a Distance Learning methodology led by Mark DeLegge MD who has been very active in DNS through our Advanced Skills Workshops in the past.

The Advanced Enteral Nutrition Program is designed to promote advanced knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm for enteral nutrition (EN).

Here are a few key points about the program:

• The 5 week Distance Learning program will take place via weekly telephone conference calls in which participants can network with colleagues and interact with Dr. DeLegge regarding EN approaches to specific patient scenarios. If the entire program is completed the participant will earn 8.5 hours of CPEU credit.

• Participation in this program will be limited to a maximum of 15 participants per session.

• The program selection criteria requirements: RD status and a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working with complex patients receiving EN.

• There is no cost to participate in this program.
