Dear Ainsley and Mary,

Thank you both so much for your kind and supportive words. They mean everything to me. I just want all our members to know that the two of you, and this is the absolute truth, were the ones that gave me the opportunity to become a volunteer within DNS and ADA. Each of you took the time to get to know me, listen to my thoughts and mentor me in my development as a leader for our profession. You both have been incredible role models and I have learned so much from you.

I can see that you're both still growing in your careers and this inspires me more than words can say. I have watched you both achieve outstanding accomplishments as leaders of our beloved profession and this motivates me to set new goals for myself. Because you have mentored me, I now can mentor others. I thank you deeply for that gift.
