Portland, OR
Dr Martindale is a Professor of Surgery at Oregon Health Sciences University. He has multiple honors and publications related to his work in surgical nutrition and nutrition support. In addition he has won numerous teaching awards and continues to mentor young investigators in nutrition support. He is internationally known for his work in early enteral feeding and the use of specific nutrients in critical care nutrition. Dr Martindale is a popular speaker who consistently receives outstanding evaluations.

St Louis, MO
Beth is a Nutrition Support Specialist at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St Louis, MO. She has authored many book chapters and peer-reviewed articles focusing on nutrition support in critical illness. Additionally, Ms Taylor is active in numerous professional organizations and now serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition. She has received many awards, including the Presidential Citation from the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
