Briefly, for Health Care Reform, I want to now what is going on in your state in regards to health reform.

For the establishment of a multidisciplinary category I would like you to think about the following questions and provide a response.

1. What are the advantages and disadvantages and of keeping the membership categories as they are currently (no change)?
2. What are the advantages and disadvantages to adding a multidisciplinary membership category?
