Critical Illness Workgroup Update
Greetings!
As Chair of the Critical Illness Workgroup Chair I want to update you on recent activity by the Workgroup. The first topic area updated has been Glucose Control and Outcomes. The questions included in this review have been completed and new Concluding Statements and Evidence Summaries have been published on the Evidence Analysis Library. Please go to the EAL Site for more details. As a result of these new statements the Recommendations pertaining to glucose control in ICU patients were removed from the Critical Illness Guideline. The Recommendations removed are outlined below:
